V. I. Partners – a law firm (bar association) founded by professional lawyers, each of whom has vast experience in jurisprudence.
We started our legal activity in 2007 with work in the system of economic courts of Ukraine, where there was hard work on the preparation of thousands of court decisions on various issues and disputes. Further, we had experience of working in an international holding, consisting of more than 100 companies in its structure. As a result, we provided private law practice, cooperation with partners in the EU countries and others. Our clients are located in different countries, not only in Ukraine.
Many years of experience and knowledges (and in Ukraine, and abroad) are now effectively used by us while protecting the interests and rights of our clients. This is knowledge of the procedural intricacies of legal proceedings, professional forecast of the opponent’s possible steps, the search and “strengthening” of weaknesses, a thorough analysis and choice of strategy.
Among our successes was return of apartments to large families and migrants, collectors’ refusals from claims. We had experience in family disputes (help to take place of residence of children, assistance to conclude amicable agreements by the spouses etc.). In addition, we had successful negotiations in family disputes (have already saved more than $300K for one of our clients). In other cases, we were able to protect the client’s assets and property from external creditors for a total amount in foreign currency that exceeds six figures numbers. V. I.
